東京・銀座の喧騒の中に佇む「Sake Lab Sanshiro」は、今や世界中から日本酒ファンが集まる聖地となっています。私たちが支援したこのプロジェクトでは、単なる飲食店ではなく「日本の酒文化を正しく、楽しく伝える拠点」を目指しました。
Located in the heart of Tokyo-Ginza, “Sake Lab Sanshiro” has become a sanctuary for sake enthusiasts from around the world. In this project we supported, the goal was not just to open a bar, but to create a hub that authentically and enjoyably communicates Japanese sake culture.
