In today’s world, where health consciousness is on the rise, Japan’s fermentation culture—centered around koji—offers gentle and sustainable options for the body. We believe these traditions hold great potential to contribute to the well-being of people around the world. In Europe, in particular, we are focused on delivering an experience of “fresh and authentic” food and beverages. We do more than simply export products; we offer Japanese culture as an “experience.”
