We are thrilled to announce the official launch of a major collaborative project with Soleil Le Vin, represented by Ms. Yuki Eguchi Mansoux, an organization dedicated to bridging France and Japan while advancing the cultures of sake and gastronomy, to expand our presence in the European market.
Core Concept: Deep Harmony with Local Gastronomy
Ms. Eguchi-Mansoux, holding WSET Level 3 and SSI Certified Sake Sommelier (Kikisake-shi) credentials, is a France-based professional specializing in trade consulting and event production. Leveraging her extensive local expertise and network, she will provide strong support for this project.
On-Site Coordination & Space Design for the October Paris Trade Event
Under the direction of Ms. Eguchi for the NTA-supported Paris trade event this October, Sake Lab OWL will create a tailored tasting space. Beyond a traditional showcase, we will deliver a sensory experience and compelling story that resonates deeply with local buyers and sommeliers.
Real Market Insights & Product Optimization
Moving beyond event participation, we leverage real-time insights and market data from France’s evolving gastronomy scene. Guided by deep local expertise, we refine our products and pairing strategies to resonate with European wine lovers and build a lasting, passionate fan base.
